Kenneth Fisher - Broker / REALTOR

Kenneth has been helping people buy and sell houses since 2005, and has been involved in the housing industry since the late 90's working in construction and home improvements.  He received a business degree from Appalachian State University with concentrations in marketing and management.  After college, he returned to Wilmington, his hometown, and built upon his passion for real estate as a broker.  Kenneth enjoys finding the perfect home for a buyer, and passing along useful information about real estate and about the area, helping buyers transition more easily.  He also thrives on a creative edge and is constantly exploring new ideas and better ways to market houses for sellers or use technology to improve business. In his spare time he enjoys boating, surfing, fishing, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife Lindsay make their home in the Middle Sound area with their little dog, Odie. Karen Allison - Broker / REALTOR

Karen has been in the real estate game since 19??.  She began her career as a collateral agent for a bank.  As a real estate broker she has completed transactions on all ends of the spectrum. You may have seen her name on beach houses or waterfront property.  Karen is the team veteran.
